El Salvador Miramundo
Miramundo is the result of a community of producers committed to the production of high quality specialty coffee. Shade grown in the pine covered slopes of Chalatenango this coffee is primarily of the Pacas varietal - a natural mutation of Bourbon that makes it a smaller plant with a potential higher yield. In the cup we’re tasting warm chocolate with notes of citrus and spice (and everything nice).
