Yeah it’s getting late, but then, that was always the plan. You needed a little kick to get you here. It’s crisp + clear + powerful: a warm dark punctuated by tiny points of light. Drink up, Stargazer.
Stargazer currently features Gallito De Las Rocas: named after the national bird of Peru which lives in the Andean region this coffee hails from (Image search highly recommended, the plumage game is strong). The collective who produces this coffee currently has 279 members, most holding plots 2-5 hectares in size. Gallito De Las Rocas drives the profile of Stargazer imbuing it with notes of baked apple and vanilla - but the blend also includes a naturally processed coffee from the Mulish washing station in Guji - which contributes subtle berry notes.Tasting Notes: Rich, caramel, chocolate
