Peru Espíritu Wari
Named for the Wari civilization - which flourished in the area this coffee is from over 1000 years ago - Espíritu Wari brings with it the spirit and flavour of the fertile southern highlands of Peru. Small scale farmers form the cooperative responsible for this delicious coffee, and using a traditional washed process have produced a clean, sweet coffee with notes of stone fruit. It finishes with a silky, balanced mouthfeel that begs for another mug to be poured!
