Don Jaime’s farm spans 8 hectares in the mountains around San Ignacio, nestled at the northern tip of El Salvador. He and his brother inherited the coffee farm, and along with his wife, brother, son and daughter - they have worked for over 10 years to expand into specialty coffee and develop varying processing methods and varieties. This washed coffee features the Salvadorian varietals Pacas + Pacarama, but also two East African varietals: SL-28 + Geisha. It’s a diverse and unique mix bringing warm and deep citrus notes, along with a sweet floral body. Thank you Don Jaime!
